首屆「碳中和及可持續發展」金獎、首屆《碳中和及可持續發展目標約章》及首屆「大灣區傳承榮譽獎章」頒授典禮暨2023 「香港傳承基金」五周年慈善晚宴已於2023年12月14日（星期四）在香港喜來登酒店宴會廳圓滿舉行。
首先大會感謝香港特別行政區行政長官李家超先生，政務司司長陳國基先生，財政司司長陳茂波先生及律政司司長林定國先生撰寫賀詞，祝賀今次活動的成功舉辦，非常感謝！
晚會由「香港培道小學」同學合唱一曲由經典電影《仙樂飄飄處處聞》之歌曲《Edelweiss》改編而成的《大自然》揭開序幕，並由主禮嘉賓全國政協常委、行政會議成員及香港傳承基金榮譽顧問，高永文醫生，GBS，JP及香港傳承基金總理團主席，趙芝勝博士，MH為大會致詞鼓勵；而全體主禮嘉賓亦與「香港培道小學」同學再合唱一曲《We Are The World》，一起歌頌友愛、互助的慈善精神，而台下觀眾亦將手機閃燈亮起，燃點愛心，照亮生命！大會並感謝影視紅星陳欣健先生，與及香港島婦女聯會主席，金鈴院士為大家領唱。

The Hong Kong Legacy Foundation, in response to global climate change and in support of carbon neutrality, initiated the "Greener Green Tree Planting Project." With a of HKD 108 from each guest, the Foundation will plant three trees in the Kubuqi Desert in Inner Mongolia, China, on their behalf. The Hong Kong Legacy Foundation, in recognition of significant contributions to the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, held the inaugural "Greater Bay Area Legacy Honor Medal" award ceremony during the dinner. We thank Honorary Advisor Dr. Donald Li for presenting the awards. Honorees will join the Hong Kong Legacy Foundation Executive Council and include:

The awards include:

Special thanks to the Chairman of the Greater Bay Area Economic and Trade Association Executive Council, Honorary Advisor of the Hong Kong Legacy Foundation, Chairperson of the Hong Kong Island Women's Association, and Ms. Kam Ling, MH for hosting the charity auction.
